This was my first time and last time at your ice cream shop. I came in with the family/friends and everything was going great until your teenage employees started scooping the ice cream. When I had a question about the ice cream your employee (short, very young with brown curly hair) started to passively aggressively answer my questions and would also laugh in between his answer. I’m not sure how my questions about the flavors were funny but it was extremely rude and unprofessional. You have plenty of reviews on here about the rudeness of your younger staff. You should really listen to it since you pride yourself on this being a great location and having “delicious” ice cream. To the young employee… you’re giving Gen Z a bad name. Be nice, work hard and maybe one day you’ll understand what life is all about.

First of all, I had no idea this was a franchise with locations all across the United States. My experience was fantastic, and it definitely wasn’t just luck because my family and I went there twice during our four-day vacation. Every flavor we tried was outstanding! I would absolutely recommend this place to all my friends and family, and I’ll be back every time I visit Miramar. Now, let’s talk about the place itself. It’s a bit small, and at times the line extends out onto the street. But I can assure you that the wait is absolutely worth it, and the line moves surprisingly fast. Inside, the shop is beautiful, bright, and you can even watch them make the fudge right in front of you. I didn’t get to try it this time, but it’s definitely on my list for my next visit. The staff was excellent—friendly, helpful, and always had a great attitude. I also thought the prices were very fair. I saw a review saying it was expensive, but I completely disagree. I paid $25 for four ice creams, and considering the quality of the product, I think that’s a great value. The turtle cheesecake ice cream milkshake actually reminds me of drinking a cheesecake! Then when all the liquid is gone I get a Carmel chocolate pecan chunk treat at the bottom to eat with a spoon! It's such a treat and a must try if you love cheesecake as much as I do!

Nice little ice cream, sugar, and chocolate shop, but pricey. Located in the Majestic Sun condo/hotel B building. We tried the ice cream cake, nonpareils, chocolate covered Twinkie, and chocolate covered nutter butter. For the prices, I was expecting to have my socks knocked off but the chocolate on the twinkle was a bit waxy, and the ice cream cake for nearly $60 wasn't super, good but not great. I'm spoiled because I grew up with Friendly's ice cream from Springfield, Massachusetts, and Carvel ice cream cakes, and felt like those are better options for ice cream and ice cream cake. Stop in and try it for yourself, it has good reviews and we didn't try the ice cream, which I read was their selling point. I'll try that next time.

We've had the pleasure of visiting multiple Kilwins locations, and I'm delighted to share that they consistently offer a fantastic experience. Their ice cream is wonderfully rich and creamy, and the portion sizes are satisfying. In addition to the ice cream, we also treat ourselves to their delectable truffles, chocolate covered oreos and chocolate-covered pretzels. We highly recommend indulging in these treats. However, I must caution you that if you visit in the evening, be prepared for potential wait times.
